Welcome to NHET-Sim. You may want to read some of the information below to orient yourself as to how our program works.
Access
NHET-Sim access is given for 3 months, starting from when you receive your login details email. If you are no longer able to see the NHET-Sim modules, your access has lapsed. You can request for an extension/re-activation via this form. Extension/re-activation requests incur a AU$50 fee.
Certificates
Please download your completion certificate which is issued per module, when the certificate becomes available (upon completion of the required tasks in each e-learning module) - this is proof of your NHET-Sim participation per module. We do not issue one big certificate at the end of the program.
The NHET-Sim modules include readings in PDF format and audio/video files that that are launched in new windows when clicked. If pop-up windows are disabled or blocked in your browser, you may not be able to open these links. Please make sure to enable pop-up windows when undertaking the NHET-Sim modules.
Completion tracking
Please note NHET-Sim does not use the percentage gauge/marker to track completions of modules. This feature was added to accommodate other programs using the HPEO platform. The NHET-Sim tracks completion by the certificate issued per module completion. The Certificate of module completion is only accessible when all exercises and the module evaluation are completed in a module. This information is particularly important as for modules with optional workshop components will only reach 66% when you complete all e-learning tasks, using this tracker.
